Joseph “Joe” Caltabiano is the CEO of Choice Consolidated Corp. Prior to launching Choice, Caltabiano co-founded Cresco Labs, one of the most successful cannabis operators in the United States. Earlier in his career, Caltabiano was senior vice president of mortgage banking at Guaranteed Rate, one of the most recognized mortgage lenders in the United States. In this role, he completed approximately $2.5 billion in loan volume at Guaranteed Rate and was rated in the top 100 loan officers for 10 years in a row, reaching No. 3 in closed loan volume. As a childhood cancer survivor, he regularly donates to numerous charities and has received accolades and humanitarian awards for his efforts.
